strange proplem with xecuter 2.6

I have Xbox V1.4 and xecuter 2.6 and i did use x2 5035 vold_512
on bank 1. And when i start the xbox nothing come on the screen and no sound but if i turn it off and whait for one sec and turn it on again it start and everything work. But if i shut it off and wait for 30 sec or more then i had to start again, Start it shut down whait one sec and start it again.
Sometimes when i start it first time it start and go off and start again and then nothing and if i shut it off and start again it works.

try reflashing bios to chip
check your install

I did reflashing bios to chip and have done that often and the same sh*t.
