JTAG Strange thing happened with 13604

Well I created finally a 13604 for my 16mb XBOX and put it on the console. Everything worked fine until now. There comes no Dashboard anymore and also no XELL boot. When i press the eject button the tray opens right away. Its like I have the wrong SMC again but why has it started last night and not now anymore?

I created another nand with my fixed SMC and still no go. So I went back to my original nand and here it seems to work except for the E66 error (think thats because of the new firmware on the drive!).

Te soldering points look good.
What can it be?

Efuses shouldn't even be an issue if R6T3 has been removed. If eject is booting to stock then someone has written over your freeboot image.

Well the wiring must be OK until now. I get everywhere correct values. All three positions are OK. The "yellow" cable is about 17ohms the rest is under 2 ohms. As I said everything worked after I flashed to 13604 with Bestpigs tool.

Normally when I press the tray open button in off I get to XELL. Now the tray just opens. Its like I have wrong SMC values but that cannot be, because 13604 has run for a day until today.

Thats the strange thing here.
