I will repeat my self, the header you are looking for is the one the jtag alt V2 board is soldered to, the points you want are 1,and 2 if you pull up a jtag wireing guide they are the 2 points next to each other that the diodes hook up to.

He doesn't need any diodes - the QSB has everything required for the JTAG portion of the hack.

OP: Can you tell us what stage you are at now?

At the stage where he could almost smell the money and wished he had the knowledge to go the whole way :p

I already asked him for his J-Runner Logs for the Creation and Writing of Xell, He claims to of changed wiring several times but has given no proof of Re-Writing Xell either.

Apparently, He can't find the original logs.

At this point I don't know how to help this man if he can't use a Multimeter and check TMS/TDI.

MartinC gave him exact points to check but for some reason he is looking for them still.

There hasn't been enough information provided to continue to help without the J-Runner logs with the Xell Creation and not updating pictures after doing anything, No body knows what stage the console is currently in when it is a relatively simple order. Trouble shooting is one thing, Running into problems and asking for help is another, but diving head first into something you aren't positive you can do with somebody else's property isn't a very intelligent endeavor.

Also depending on somebody else to bury you out & help you make your money is not reliable either.

I'm sorry to be a d**k and be like this but this has gotten out of hand. If you need help and can not follow the correct procedure and give information and pictures when asked for, you can't expect much help.

I wish I had a dollar for every post on this site that said their "friend messed up", I'd be rich.

At this point you should send it to a pro.
Well Sir, You'd have a good amount of dollars.

i dont have my multimeter at home its at work but my friend tried to solder the wire back on a burnt the point as well i dont think it gave it much damage from what i can see he said he only tried to solder the point 2-3 time so it should not of done to much damage
You have to have a Multimeter. That's just one of those tools anybody that claims to be a "Modder" should own at their house. What does the amount of times he tried have to do with anything? It's either burnt or not, and this should have been established way before. Regardless of who did it, We have been diagnosing a problem and trying to help to the best of our ability and you've been withholding information that could affect the booting of the console period.

I give up. Without any Logs, New pictures, Not knowing what has been done exactly in what order and the the correct history of the console there is nothing that we can/would like to do for you.

Start from scratch. Rip everything out, Re-Write original Nand, Repair the damaged point, Get it to boot stock, and start over.

And buy a f**kING MULTIMETER.

If you can not do these things.... Send it off.

Sorry to be blunt.

On the R-Jtag QSB you missed on of the points... thats whats probably not letting it boot... if you look there is one point that he dosn't have soldered...
