Stubborn Corona Dips??

I'm using dips (8,3,2) and getting a instaboot on first glitch every time & was wondering if anyone else had tried this yet for stubborn consoles.

This is what the dip switches should look like:

You can set dip #3 OFF and solder a cap which might give you better results.

You can also change the POST bit jumper to enable 10 Ohm or 100 Ohm on POST_OUT.

Read the CR4 XL installation/tuning guide to get the best performance from your install.

You should be getting something like 1,1,1,2,1,1,1,1,1,1 in RATER.

I thought you were looking for ways to improve boot times lol .

nah, just haven't see one yet that uses 3 dips for instaboots, if i use 2 dips i get some 2's in there.

the advice on the cap was good though i will try it.

just enjoying trying all the different settings to see what works and what doesnt.

I just tried this and getting instaboots with my Corona V3!! Thanks! I was using 1 + 8 with 10ohm and getting between 2-4 cycle boots.

Same here...stubborn Corona V4...nothing worked...until tried (8,3,2) and everything else default, and then...baammm...instaboot...AWESOME...thanks a lot.
