stuck at logo screen

i have a phat xbox 360. i replaced the drive (liteon) and it was working great but after 2 days something went wrong, the xbox is stuck at the startup screen and after 10 minutes it goes to the home screen but it doesnt read any games, the xbox just do that when the drive is connected, if the drive is disconected the xbox boot normally. i tried to put other drives but same result, i change the power and sata cables but same result, does anybody know what could be wrong?

Have you tried booting it without the dvd drive connected, the centre light will flash but if it boots straight to the dash without any problems then it proves it is dvd related. If this is the case then most likely a bad flash of firmware or something like this.

help me out please...
when i turn on my console, [FONT=Segoe UI, Segoe UI Web Regular, Segoe UI Symbol, Helvetica Neue, BBAlpha Sans, S60 Sans, Arial, sans-serif]stuck on startup screen.
i've removed all storage device, reflow xgcpu and at least reball it but problem still wait.
what can i do?!

if it has a 4gb memory module (trinity) try removing it. also start your own thread.
