Stuck In Bootloader

My JR-Programmer V2 was working then I accidentally switched the bottom switch to bootloader but then I switched it back. Now the light stays red even when the switch is pushed away from the reset button and on J-Runner it says:
Bootloader Attached
Bootloader Version: 1.0.5

Following the PDF I click update but I still get this message:

I was able to write the .hex code but when I plug it in with the switch off boo loader mode it doesnt have any led light up but if I switch to bootloader the red one is on

Where can I download that .hex file I just got the latest drivers and installed them a few days ago that file isnt included in it

Each JRP firmware is included with J-Runner - check the "common" folder.

As stated in other posts I've put up this jr is still fukd, I have being trying to get this going for a week now and it's come to the point where I'm going to smash it with a hammer because it's useless to me if it don't work. I am now on my third console amd it's the same on all three the wires are soldered correctly files and drivers are on and the red light just won't go. I go into device manager and jr isn't even regonised in there,Is it possible to get someone with knowledge to team view and help me out..
