Stumped

Just modded a V 1.0 with X3 chip. It works when i power on the xbox with the power button. But it also powers on and off with the eject button. I checked the wirin and it matches the install guide. I'm so stumped what it could be. Anyone have this issue>??

You can normally boot the Xbox with the eject button - this is fine.

Is there something else you mean?

ok - you may have a faulty power/eject PCB. Remove the red wire from it and see if it makes a difference. If it doesn't then it's definitely at fault.
