RGH Stupid Question Number 2

Hi all at TX....

Time for another assault on my dignity from a certain blue smurf....

I am doing/have done a slim install after a success with a fat. I got the NAND dumped and patched written the CR with the JED file and should be about ready to get my CPU key. However when I boot the light flashes and I can hear the console resetting faintly. But nothing more.

So stupid question number 2 goes like this:

This Slim was flagged during the AP25 silent update. Would this have updated the dash to an unexplainable version?

how long have you left it trying to boot? some can take a couple mins...

No a flag does not change the dash version.

while you say resetting, how you hear that? if it boots into dash, an early reset can happen for error in dashlaunch. or your console doesn't boot at all? confused I am

You can see the lights on the front panel flashing and the fan on the GPU pulsing.......

in answer to your original question - no a flag will not affect your dash or the ability to glitch.....the lights on the front panel flash???
in what way???
I would suggest it's a wiring issue....most cases are wiring issues

same thing here... everything went fine but coolrner has no grn led and the fan pulses. i flashed my nand back just to check and it boots up just fine, we both probably have the hana solder point screwed up. thats the only prob with the qsb, makes it harder to NOT F that point up
