Hello, i recently purchased this device (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074MYLP9C) for use as a portable usb-c to hdmi dock. It works great on OFW, but when i try to use it with SXOS, the switch crashes and is stuck on the home menu completely unresponsive to any inputs (power button, home, any controller/screen/hw button inputs) requiring me to hold the power button to shut down the device. I am running firmware 6.2 and SXOS 2.5, please let me know if there are any logs or dumps you need me to upload.

I have the exact same issue. I bought the same dock while I was with sx os 2.4 and it worked. Now it doesn't works with the new sx os update.
Does it work if you try an older SX version? You can only go back to 2.4 since you are on 6.2. If not then it is most likely not a SX issue. The older versions have not changed. They just release . updates if they fix or change things.

Weird. Sorry I can't provide anymore info. I rarely play docked at all and the ones I have are official. The only other adapter (not dock) I tried was an apple one and it did not work in OFW or CFW.
This hub makes your switch operate in dock mode? too bad. Wish there was a non dock hdmi hub so you can put through your video while remaining hand held...
