hey guys i have bad drive and i want to replace it with a new one (Phat) LiteOn drive i have the same , can i use the old dummy to spoof it with the new drive or i must replace the old pcb to the new drive

You can use your existing dummy.bin as the source firmware in JungleFlasher because it contains the drive key from your console.

thanks bud for the the fast reply ,, so all i have to do is to load the old dummy.bin using open source fw in jf and load the lt+3.0 then write the firmware is that all !?

If you need to update the console's dashboard, flash the drive with stock firmware (and your drive key) first and update.

Once that is done, you can proceed to flash LT+ 3.0.
