Is there a way to swap one hard drive from one xbox to another one. I know how to physically do it, but I am getting an error screen when I try to boot up. I have a launch date xbox which gives me an insane amount of dirty disk errors so I bought a new xbox and tried to swap the old hard drive to the new xbox, but it gave me an error. Neither of the xboxs are modded. I just want to be sure I save my game data ie DOA3 which is not transferable via memory card.
