I guess ide have to start out saying i bought my freinds XboX360 for 50$ becouse he couldnt get it to work. The DvD drive would not play any games, it brought up "unplayable Disk". I saw that i could buy another Hitachi DvD drive for 30$ on ebay so i went along and did that, it is now on its way. What i am now wondering is do i unolug the Chip or the "firmware" out of my DvD drive that doesnt work and transfer or i should say plug the wires to the new DvD drive? any help would be GREATLY appriciateD!!!!!!!!!!! thanks, Erick
