Switch banks

Has anyone had chronic problems with switch banks? On one mod here, I'm on my second bad switch bank. First one could not hold Chip Enable, second one allows the blue light on the daughterboard to come on, but not boot into FlashBIOS.

Luckily I have a good switch from my first mod that proves my setup on the second is fine. Any other possible culprits? I'm about to start debugging individual switches, and then swapping out.

If you have a multimeter you may be able to troublshoot using the link

While I have the opportunity, I'll pass along compliments to the Quality Control manager... doing a top notch job on these things!!! What crap.
