Ok.. Im severely confused and reaching my breaking point!!

The chip lights up blue.. but the switch has no lights.. Ive tried a zillion switch settings.. turning it on really fast.. checked the soldering (which is fine) and Im still getting no BIOS install screen. It just comes up with the regular xbox screen.

Im using X3 and Xbox 1.0

I searched but cant find an answer that works

also, check the pins where the switch plugs into the x3. A lot of people have bent their pins by trying to insert the switch cable upside down.

There should be two blue lights on the x3. One for the 3.3v and one for the 5v.

Which one is lit?

The x3 has to have a 5.0v supply. Check pins 15 and 9 with a mutimeter.

I'm sorry the pins #9 an #15 are for the 3.3v.

Pin #6 is the 5V
