Switch keeps saying microSD is not inserted

Folks, good morning.

I'm having the follow problem: when i power on my Nintendo Switch executing SX my SD card is detected (using Nintendo system 10.0.2), but when i change to Nintendo system without SX Pro any Micro SD card is not detected (using Nintendo system 10.0.3).
