No switching the ram would be almost impossible and wouldnt change it to a 1.6, just get a chip flashed with FlashBIOS 3.03

ram can be added like in the dream box but you need to find the appropriate ram and be damn good at soldering its possible but not worth the trouble

i need a power supply i have a 360 with firmware 93450c model DG-16d2s-09c

anyone know what power supply i need the right 1 for this 360 if so post a link thanx

also on top of the dvd drive it says

5v=1.6a 12v-1.8a

also what motherboard is this
or can i buy 1 from M$
