I have tried everything I could find including combinations of the below:
holding power button down for 30 seconds and powering on.
Removing SDCARD and power cycle
charging for 2 hours
powering on and off while docked and while not docked.
resetting power adapter
What's odd is when it is connected to a PC and powered on, the computer acknowledges something is connected and when holding down the power button, it acknowledges something is disconnected so I know it is doing something, just no screen or any hint of powering on except for the computer beeping when powering on and off.
I ordered a new power adapter just in case. It hasn't arrived yet.
The reason I am asking here is if I need to send it into N, what exactly will happen with it because I have SXOS installed. Will it still work with SXOS if they fix it? I am sure they will wipe it but I was using emunand on the SDCARD so I am thinking most everything will be recoverable. Sending to N is the last thing I want to do but I just don't know what else to try.

Have you just updated to 3.0.2?

I did. I also hadn't powered it on in a few weeks but it was in the cradle the entire time. I tried powering it up with and without the SDCARD inserted and neither powers on.

That did it. I charged the dongle and it booted right up. Still no idea why it won't boot the normal way. But at least I can get it to boot up and can choose what mode now. Thanks. Very strange.

The internal battery on the dangle I noticed is very weak. Buy an RCM loader that is what I use u can buy it on ebay for like 30.00 u can loade a lot of payloades

This happened to me. If you are in RCM like I was the dongle would just stay green and not deliver the payload. Solution for me was to use my PC with TegraRCM gui and inject the payload that way.
If you have updated via the console you should also try downloading direct from the website then copying that on to your sd card. Others have said that sorted out booting problems they had with 3.0.2.
There is definitely a rebooting bug with this new release. Would be good if that could be addressed in the next update 👍
