SX CORE and boot original FW

I just bought SX CORE and before install parts I want to know some things (because I am so noob in this):
1. Can I play online (love Tetris) after boot Original FW or should I stay all time offline?
2. For what I can use Original FW boot?
3. When I need to make clean backup? Before or after installing SX CORE?

I will be so thankful for helping me

P.s. is there any tutorial like 3ds.hacks.guide step by step what to do (not only how to install SX CORE)

1: you cna play online in original
2: hold volume up on device turn on for boot menu to select it
3: after core do a nand backup and make emunand

1. If you can say how big is chance of ban?
3. Do you have some advice what apps are worth to install after those steps?
