SX Core - Cannot boot to SX OS

I bought switch with SX Core installed about a month ago at my local game store.
There's no problem I can boot to CFW and play game normally.

Today, I tried to add an xci game to my sdcard, but then my switch won't boot to SX OS.
When I press power button it directly show nintendo logo, and open the OFW.

I already reformat my sdcard and put the latest boot.dat. But still got no luck.

Can anyone help me where the issue might be?

No idea why you got this issue and how to solve it, but just by curiosity, your SD card, FAT32 or exFAT?

Which software did you use to format your SD card? Can you try with Guiformat FAT32 tool, easily downloadable from Google?

Can you reach SX OS bootloader? (When you see SX OS splash screen, hit Vol+ button)

Using disk management on linux, then I use windows, still the same. I tried using guiformat (based on your suggestion). Still not working

No, I can't boot to bootloader, I don't even get SX OS splash screen.

Looks like the issue is not from SD Card, because I already tried with different SD card.

How to confirm SX Core is working correctly, is there any software I can use?

Do you see the led blinking blue/purple/red/green under the back cover when you hit the power button?
If no, it is like your SX Core is not working at all...

Check your soldering joint. Check also the connection from the soldered flex cable, if it is well connected to that chip.

I got another interesting problem.
When I remove the back cover, I can enter sx os menu. But when I install the cover, switch immediately goes to ofw.

Is this cause by poor sx core installation?

The shop already put the tapes on the chip.
For now I'm able to enter cfw by removing back cover first.
As long as the switch always standby, I think I'll be fine.
Thank you everyone for the support.
