SX Core installed, no light, nothing on screen

Hey guys, i installed my sx core but nothing comes on screen and theres no light on the modchip. I then moved my emmc back to the switch and it was running fine? Anyone know the problem?

I am having a similar issue but have a red light on the chip, fan doesn't start and unit heats up quick. any help appreciated..

Kodi2020 Can you post the image of your installation. Did you plugged the nand chip on the modchip. One of the nand connector on modchip goes to the nand connector on switch motherboard. Then there is another slot on modchip, where there is a light. You have to plug the nand chip there. Check your soldered connections also using multimeter and see if you get reading.

suspect: Check you soldered connection using multimeter set to test the connectivity or set to read 1k ohm. Also make sure, you plugged the nand chip properly as well.
