I installed the SX Core on my v2 Switch and I get the green light and boot.dat? screen. When I insert my formatted fat32 400GB SD that contains the 3.02 boot.dat I get no video. I still see the green led. Am I missing a step of can anyone help me with this issue?

I would try to check again the connection using multimeter. Its weird that you get a green light and see boot.dat? screen but not booting with boot.dat in sd card.
Well darn. I think I touched something wrong. I carefully removed the SX Core and checked the chips and they look fine but the Switch turns on to a blue screen.

maybe, you should have checked first the connection using multimeter. try to power on your switch using power button and pressing volume + and -. When you removed the sx core chip, did you plugged the oem nand chip back to its slot?
