SX Core Setup - Failed to import ticket error.

Hello Guys,

Newbie to the switch modding scene, after SX Core installation and setting up, I have encountered an error while downloading from HB shop, any help is appreciated.

the error is Failed to import ticket. This is usually caused by missing sigpatches for your firmware or a corrupted ticket database.

Below are the steps i have done so far:

- backup nand
- create emunand
- activate sx os license
- install incognito 1.5
- install tinfoil 8.10(*** shop) - i did not include the atmosphere folder
- install lockpick 1.2.6
- run *** and download
- failed to import error encountered
I am clueless to what should i do next.

Also, i will appreciate it if you guys can recommend additional helpful tools that i should install on the switch too.

Honestly, i feel like all my time with the switch these past 3 days is trying to make this work and 0 hours playing lol

my friend im having the same problem. im running sxos off my sd card everything runs perfect like you. *** opens up and works fine but then i download a game i get the same message. 2 days redoing everything but no hope.

Why? Do you have a link to share?
Incognito was installed by my reseller who also installed the SX Core and handled sysNand backup and emuNand creation.
So far, the serial number is correctly hidden and my Switch in SX OS 3.0.3 and FW 10.0.4 is not bricked.

Hey all, the issue was Nintendo sneaked the 10.1.0 update file downloaded in my sysnand so the emunand i am creating has the 10.1.0 update waiting and everytime i start the tinfoil, there is an update warning, i thought i am just updating the tinfoil, it turns out, i am updating the emunand system to 10.1.0.
