I just got done with my install of the SX Lite, however the modchip itself does not light up, and the switch boots to OFW like normal. Which one of the modules is responsible for power to the chip?

Ceck your soldering on your nand flexcable. Probably not well soldered.

So using a multimeter I am able to see that each test spot is getting a reading on the nand flex cable. Is it possible I was sent a faulty chip?

Check the two solder points on Top of the Microsd under the chip because the chip is getting his power from there. I Had the Same Problem at the beginning but after resolded that 2 and the same time put lite bit of pressure to bottom it was working. Excuse for my english but isn't so good.

Did you ever find a solution? Having the same problem, have checked every spot with a multimeter and everything seems good...but no led and boots to ofw.

Did you plug the nand chip to the modchip? There are two plugs on modchip. One goes to the plug, where usually the original nand chip was plugged. The second plug is for nand chip.

I got it working...had a bad solder point on the big cap above the SD card...I can confirm that is what powers it. Thanks.
