SX OS 2.9 launch game problem

Hi guys, need some helps.
Recently installed sx os 2.9 beta on my unpatched switch with fw 9.0.0 (updated via nintendo server). Booted to CFW succesfully, autoCRM on, emunand enabled. But when i try to launch a game installed via SX installer either XCI or NSP, upon launching the game (any game), it always ask to link the nintendo account. Is there any way to bypass this?or have i done something wrong during the CFW installation?please advise. Thanks.

It sounds like it is trying to connect to Nintendo. If you turn on airplane mode does it still do it? Some games do require a nintendo account I believe.

Turned on airplane mode and still ask to link account.
Tried several games, all ask the same thing.

Anyone figure this out? I am having the same problem.

Bought used switch from GameStop. Never used Official Firmware and booted to CFW and never allowed a connection to Nintendo. Reading elsewhere I tried going back to OFW to link the account and then re-setup. When I did so, the OFW stated it needed to update to link my account. A google search tells me that Nintendo just came out with OFW 9.2 as of March 2. Now I am afraid to update as I would bet SXOS will not work until updated here. From what I have read, that can take a while.

So, am I just screwed out the the games that require a "link to nintendo account?"

Do as it says link your account up, it won’t hurt your not going to get banned if that’s what you’re thinking.
