SX OS- chances for a ban?

I have hacked the switch today for the first time, i have of course made an emunand on sd card with hidden partition, and a backup before entering CFW.
When i entered CFW for the first time the wifi was on, apparently that's because when i made an emunand it remembered my Wifi settings from the OFW.
So when turned on the CFW, unfortunately my wifi was on and connected to the internet ,as soon as i realized that i immediately removed the wifi settings and I had the stealth mode on all that time.
So my question is what are my chances of getting banned? BTW I haven't used/installed any xci or nsp files only after I have removed the wifi settings.

As soon as you modify your switch and run CFW you are risking a ban. That's the risk you take.

I know the risks i just wanted to know what are my chances of getting banned without doing any shady things with my wifi on (it was on for less than 20 seconds) while the stealth mode was on.

The problem is, nobody really knows what causes a ban so nobody can be sure of how to avoid it. Hence the blanket response that can't answer your question. There's a few more obvious ban reasons (cheating etc) but all that can be said right now is, you run that risk of getting banned if you modify your console. There's no reassuring response as there's people who have claimed to only ever use XCI's on stealth mode and gotten banned for booting stock to play legit games.

I can give one reassurance from my personal experience, and that's: On my switch I play it primarily offline on SX OS (without emunand, wifi settings saved) but I occasionally accidentally boot into OFW, and I'm still not banned.

Does the console or the account get banned? I have a legit Switch with several online purchases I'd like to keep (I use the modded one mainly for emulation).

guys I need help, my console has been banned to connect to the servers, I don't know how it happened since I had the mode without internet activated, is there any way to undo it? If I communicate with Nintendo, can I take the ban?
