Dears guys, I am still waiting for my SX core to install my SX OS but before that, can I check if non Nintendo online games like fortnite will detect SX OS and pose a ban online?

It wouldn't surprise me if they could detect the SX OS and report your consoles ID to Nintendo.

Going online with a modified console will always put you at risk of a ban. Best bet is to get another switch for online gaming that is not modified and keep the modified switch offline only.
I usually just play offline. But for fortnite, my daughter uses the nintendo switch to play with her brother on the PC, I was thinking because this is a free to play game, the restrictions is not too serious, just like playing fortnite on a rooted android phone.
if you mod your switch nintendo might ban you thats why if you want to go online
have 2 switch 1 for offline and 1 for online because nintendo does not play looking for hacks
