when trying to install usbpro driverthe symbolthat you see next to the title is what I get can anyone tell me how to correct this problem

Is the boot-loader switch on the device set to OFF?

yes it is switched off when I go into device manager to find it this is what I c where the usbpro driver download is suppose to be

when I follow the steps to install manually it says driver software has already been updated but looks nothing like illistration shown can this be from being a brand new computerand if so do I move on and followtutorial
