Symlinks in xfat?

I want to make one directory for all of my roms, snes, nes, genesis, whatever.

But each of the emulators has thier own directory to put roms into, and some of them dont have a config option to point to a new folder.

Is there a way to create a symlink to my f:/roms from whatever directory the roms should be in?
