Sync Problem

Hi
I have a RGH dual nand trinity Demon and had the console for around 12months. Last few weeks the pad sync is shocking. If im more than 30cm away for the console the sync to pad goes.
When it first started the pad would lose sync for around the first 10min of turning the console on then would get better the longer the console is on. Last few weeks its getting bad the pad needs to be in front of the console at all times or it will lose sync and i can't be anymore than 30cm away.

I also hear when in party chat when moving the pad side to side like a static noise.
Checked the pad on another console and its fine had the console a part looks sweet on the install. Could it be the sync button nand switch extra wire ? would it help if i removed it ?
Any info would be cool please to help me find this problem out.

Even if i use pad with cable i still get the problem

You could cut it in half if you like just tape the ends up so nothing shorts out but its on the bottom of the mobo attached to the demon and it runs all the way up to where the Rf module plugs in to the front of the console it should be a brown wire I think but either way look where the rol board plugs in and turn mobo over and there is the wire
