Sys Nand and Emu Nand

I have had the SXOS pro and have run it from day 1 of me having the switch i have also got auto RCM turned on

i have only just caught on what Emu nand is

is it worth me setting up and emu nand partition as Nintendo would still be able to see that i have had games playing on the sys nand

I would say yes, not becurse of Nintendo, but more of using emunand and you somehow really fu*k up the emunand so it won't be abel to boot it, you will still have your sysnand and can make new emunand
If you fu*k up your sysnand, you might never be abel to retrive it again

I agree with both Hack and tokyo. I use mine for the same reason. More just to protect my Switch. Once you mod your console you can just assume you will get banned. It may not happen right away, but eventually it will. Even till now I do not believe anyone has confirmed exactly what Nintendo is checking to ban consoles.
