System Mod running or not

Does anyone no if System Mod is up? There phone lines su*k and the E-Mail is a joke. I place a order (Date Of Order): 7/13/2005 6:03:00 PM
Order Number Is: 82475 and got it fast But when I install it the switch was Bad. (The custom is getting pissoff because I have had there Kids X-Box so long) So I reorder a new X-Ecuter 2.6 CE w/1.6 LPC Rebuild PCB and told them in the comment about the bad switch no e-mail or phone call Yet?

Did you try the live chat? That may be your best bet. Unfortunately, you won't get a lot of help here because this really isn't a problem with Team Xecuter. Good luck!
