system mods not official anymore?

Nah, I didn't notice that...that's really weird, considering there probably the best
place to buy Xecuter stuff.

I noticed that as well, thought it was pretty strange... they've been out of stock on a lot of their Xecuter items for a quite a while now. Anyone have any info?
I had an order that I placed in Feb for the XCP and when it arrived it was missing the usb adaptor harness. I have since spoken to Blackwolf and bLiTz on their IRC chat on several different occasions and keep getting told that they will ship it out within the week.
Now their IRC chat is closed and no one answers the phones. I am not surprised they are not on the official list.
On occasion I would sit in the IRC channel and read what other's were asking about. About 90% of all questions were "where is my order?", "it has been 2 months now", etc.
I am still waiting for the harness. I would not recommend them now. I used to use them exclusively but with the mess I will just have to find another seller of the best mod on the market.

This happend with the themodchip.com but I got my order from them and nothing's happend since, I think the person who used to own it sold it and now owns system-mods.com
yeah, something funky is going on. i bought an X3 a few weeks ago from them with overnight shipping, but i still haven't seen it. i got an email a couple of days ago saying that it had shipped, which i was very relieved to see, but i still haven't seen it and there is no tracking info on the site like usual. 
i've used them loads of times before, with nothing but great results, so i'm sad to see it all go in the sh*tter.
edit: and why is the reseller review thread closed? that's just not cool.

I got my X3 from them a few months ago with overnight with no problems.
I just ordered a pro switch from them the other day and just got the ups tracking e-mail a minute ago... They certainly dont update the web site as much I will tell you that. They are much slower than last time but if UPS has it I should be ok.... it says it left Texas a few hours ago......
They are out of alot of things... I was going to get the whole front panel with the LCD but are all out in black....also they are out of X3's now also.....

i ordered from system-mods for all my xbox stuff. i wonder if perhaps they've gone out of business or something. Everything seems to be out of stock, there is never any news or updates on the site and alot of people are complaining they can't receive their order. Maybe this is why Xecuter took them off the reseller list. i'd hate for that to be true. I really liked System-mods i hope this is just some small problem that will be fixed shortly.
