Taking Xbox Screenshots

I've made my own Config Live skin, but I would like to know how to take a screenshot of it when its running on my Xbox.

Does anyone know?

I think from memory it's the left thuimb stick button isn't it?

press the left thumbstick and they are saved in C:/screenshots

i was wondering is there a way to take SS in game?? i would really love to havea feature like that
