What exactly does 'TDO Mismatch' mean?

It usually means the small ribbon cable isn't connected properly.

Which LPT cable are you using?

The Xecuter JRP supports CoolRunner programming as well as NAND read/write.

Ive tried both of these, and both have the same error 'TDO Mismatch'.

Also could it be a faulty cr3 lite board?

That is a fake CR3 Lite.

I suggest you purchase your TX hardware from an official reseller.
