LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM team x pcb board issuse

help please guys i have this board will not let me write to it chip keeps coming up as unknown chip set and when i intro the drive tell me to turn the mra back to the normal spot any help with this would be great

1 - You are using a slim right? (update your model info)
2 - follow the tutorial in the JF guide and in the sticky under lite-on slim in the firmware section
3 - Ensure all your connections are solid. Did you solder or use the cut and board method?
4 - Check you X360USB drivers and make sure you are on the newest JF
5 - Try Portio in Winbond is not working
