Team Xecuter and Resellers not aligned!

Team Xecuter recommnds to purchase the X3 pre-flashed with FlashBios 3.03 from reseller for use with Xbox 1.6b, otherwise it will not work. Several resellers that I spoke with or sent emails to, are selling X3s with 3.01 bios and are not willing to re-flash them to 3.03.

What suggestion do have? I don't think I could tolorate the headaches that some of the users are going through. Are resellers on-board with Team Xecuter's recommendation?

I am in this exact same situation, I purchased an X3 chip that wasn't flashed with 3.03 and I of course have a 1.6b. The online vendor I purchased from as well as 4 others on the executer resalers listing that I have emailed have yet to respond.

I don't know anyone else with a modded xbox so I cannot ask anyone to flash it for me. What the fook am I to do? Can't return to a vendor that won't respond to emails which is there only form of communication. I cannot buy another chip in hopes that it will be flashed with 3.03.

Shouldn't the creators of this fine chip help us? Flash them for us? Or let us send in for a replacement??

Eventually, we loose interest and go elsewhere. There are other options avaiable. Ultimately, I am confident that the Team Xecuter will make the right decisions. In the meanwhile, back to the shopping board (Spider Chip?) :idea:

Flashing problem 0x51 with activate.iso

Hello everyone.


I have an X-box360 with a Samsung drive which I bought flashed to iXtreme 1.3 some years ago. I am now trying to flash it through Jungle Flasher, using one of my motherboard's primary SATA ports and powering it through the X-box360. Jungle Flasher sees the drive without problems. For the record, my onboard chipset is Intel.


The problem is that, although I have burned the activate.iso onto a dual-layer Verbatim (in the exact way described in the Jungleflasher tutorial) and inserted it into the drive, the status is stuck at 0x51, eventhough the disk is supposed to erradicate that problem. I don't even know where to begin looking to solve this problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

i dont think you need the activate disc for 1.3 as far as im aware its 1.4 that needs the disc to bypass the firmguard just try send intro as normal or try with tray half open

The 0x51 remains if I try it as normal or with the tray half-open. This was to be expected according to every tutorial I've read on the web, all of which state that the activate.iso is necessary for breaking the firmguard of Xtreme 3.3 up to iXtreme 1.4 , while the half-tray trick only works with iXtreme 1.5 and higher. Which is the reason why I am so stumped, the method is correct but the result is not :-/
