LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM Team Xecuter unlocked pcb faulty?

I Got two lite-on 9504 xbox slims that i did the kamikaze hack on. One is working fine, The other one wont eject or spin but laser still flashed. So i went to deep with that one. So i ordered a TX
unlocked pcb! flash went ok and it was playing a game. but when i tried another game after about 20 min i got the open tray error! So i opened the drive and saw that the laser was not
working.

So i ordered a new laser. laser came today and i installed it and nothing! laser still not working! So i tried the pcb board from the sucessful kamikaze hack And the laser works! Even the first one i thought was no good is working. Anyone every have a problem like this with a faulty TX unlocked pcb or is there anyway to fix it or should i try to just
send it back?

Check you soldier points or connections at he block. Also be sure your ribbon cables are secure.

Cables ok I switch with the working drive and it's ok even tried to solider without block but no go.. I sent it back today they said they replace if faulty.
