RGH Tell me what you would do.

I have an xbox that has no dvd drive in it. It had a lite-on 93450 and the drive burnt before I got the key off it. With all the Demon and Fusion stuff coming out in the distant future. Would it be worth it to do a RGH on it or not? I already have an xbox that I play on live with. This xbox, that I am thinking about RGH'ing, would be to get the DVD Key and possible keep the RGH on it.

So, should I go ahead and do the RGH or wait until the Demon and Fusion come out? Is doing an RGH really worth it? What kind of homebrew's are you guying using? Just trying to get an idea of what the community thinks.

I want to do the RGH myself as well, I want to do it so that I can learn how it works. It doesn't do me any good if someone else does the hack.

To be honest, the DemoN is only really for users who wish to use Live and use a hacked NAND (FreeBOOT) on the same console.

With regards to Fusion, it is only a kernel and should be easy enough to flash to your NAND (once you have performed the reset glitch on the console of course).

if your going to keep it as rgh you dont even really need the dvd key as you can run games off of hdd without a disc.

but having the disc drive is still nice so you can install games right to hdd on the console

instead of ripping them then using isotogod

the xbox is just a dvd player with the key . you will need to do the rgh to ever play any games on it again

so yes do the RGH now and get your cpu key

there is always something new on the horizon, so I say just do the RGH and enjoy it now, otherwise you may be waiting and waiting and waiting...

rgh it,get your drive key.then you can leave it as a rgh or rebuild yourself a dummy file with your drive key.wait for the dual nand and have best of both.:tongue:
