the capacitor, question?

i see the coolrunners i have received now are coming packaged with the capacitor, until now its been all slims ive done and ive a falcon here to do now so im just wondering, is the capacitor only for jaspers or all phats. the reading ive done seems to suggest its just jaspers but just thought id ask

only ever used it on bb jaspers ...

I've only needed it on Jaspers, however not all need it.

the cap is only for the jaspers that are failing to glitch or taking a long time to glitch. ive had to use them on a few jaspers that were freezing on glitch boot and some that wernt glitching at all till i used them

I've used the capacitors on two Falcons and one one one BB Jasper, all had previously take long time to boot (over 1 minute). The result: improved boot time in all cases. I want to think it was not Placebo with the Falcons.

Never had an issue with a falcon. Wiring positions will cause you problems, especially on phats.

Ive only done the falcon i was asking this question for and it boots like a dream pretty much 5 seconds every time with no need for a resistor. Wish i could get my slim to boot like it
