Well, I messed up on the D0.

See it here http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1V9QVFAJPZHMX2LXZJ2OCEJFTG

Any ideas on how to fix this? How much damage can this cause? Also, I resoldered it but it kinda merged with the other points next to it. I need fast help!!!!
Dude, you are boned.

I'm not trying to be funny here but if you xzoom in on that pic you can see that you blew three traces and an eyelet... (the circle thing)

I'm pretty sure that the eyelet goes through the board to connect to the other side... You can try to "write" the traces with a trace pen and then cover them with nail polish...

Sorry, it just really looks bad. I'd really be suprised if you get that working again!

The D0 is the brigde between the M$ bios and the Xecuter Bios... it allows the xbox to be booted disabled...

Does your xbox work with that damage on it?

Actually if the D0 point is severed to the M$ BIOS it will always look to the LPC Debug port for boot up information. Thus it will always boot chip enabled, if you try and boot with long hold of the power button it will power cycle once and boot your mod chip.

Ok well you were right..it doesnt work now. When I turn on my box nothing comes up on the screen and the lights are flashing green and red. i tried soldering the D0 to the top side but that didnt help anything. So i resoldered it to the bottom but I dont have any reason to turn the chip off so I might just leave it unsoldered. Any ideas on why there is nothing coming up on the screen? IM me if you have time...JerJer4ne1

If you could get us some more pics of your board bottom and top. And between Catalyst and I we should set you on the right track on how and where to repair your ailing board.:D

Well i fixed the problem with a trace pen, and I didnt solder the D0 so tis just sitting in my Box.
Did you put nail polish over the traces you fixed? It protects them...
