Specifically the new bioshock games. Been looking around to find some answers. Was on FW 9.2. Thought my FW was too low so I moved up to FW 10.1. And still getting sx OS error code 2162. A few reported and confirmed that downgrading to sx 2.9.4 beta would work. But you have to downgrade to FW 9.2.

Did you try the bioshock games with 9.2,0? Apparently you don’t need to upgrade to 10, should be ok on 9.2.0.

If you used choidujournx to upgrade then you can use that to go back to lower firmware and older sxos 2,9.4. That should work.

Found a fix. When you play the game it crashes after you accept the agreement. Because you need internet to accepted. With sx os tinfoil, in shared saves there is a fix save it bypasses the problem. So it wasn't sx os is fault.

Can you explain how to do this in more detail? Or have a link? I am looking for a fix for XCOM2, which is having the same thing happen, just like the Bioshock games: SX crashes after user agreement screen. (I'm using sx 2.9.5, and fw 10.0.2)

You can go to *** discord to ask for help. They are usually on top of this stuff. It sounds all 2k games that came out may have similar problems. Usually what they did to by pass this is having a saved file already at menu so you dont have to worry about agreeing with the terms. I think it crashed because it forces you to go online. When you are on the newest tinfoil and sx os, there is a section called shared save and it literally injects the save file after you pick the save. Make sure to have the game download so you can see the save file for your game. But, I dont know if there is already a save file for XCOM.

I saw the Bioshock saves posted on some forums but not the Xcom one.
I have tinfoil but I don't see a "shared save" section.

I’m on 9.2.0 with sxos 2.9.4 and no problem running bioshock remastered. I’m only playing the base game however no update or dlc. But the base game itself is running with this combo no problem.

I`m having hard time to put MK Aftermath to work.
Using SXOS 2.9.5 and 10.0.3
Wondering if with the save files it solves the problem?
If i install Base + v1.0.16 + 18 DLC it simply works, soon i update to v1.0.17 it gives the black screen that says it is unable to play and ask to redownload it.
I have try all versions in internet and the same problem.
In the beginning i was trying to install the update with SXOX and all versions gave me the fail to install in the very end it happen the same way with installer latest version.
Fix that using Goldleaf latest version it no longer fail to install but can`t play it no matter what i do :(
Try XCOM2 with the save file it gave me this screen, same of MK Aftermath.

If some one able to help me, i really appreciate.
Thanks in advance!

I had a similar issue originally & i think its to do with the built in SXOS installer, the steps it took to resolve are as follows (May not require all).

1.Install XCI with the SXOS Installer App not the built in one
2.Restore the Post EULA Save with Checkpoint
3.Load Game to Menu
4.Install the Update NSP with the SXOS Installer App not the built in one
5.Play the game

Ok, you mean this procedure for both games? XCOM2 and MK Aftermath?
Thanks in advance!

Not sure on MK but these are the steps I used for XCOM seems to be a common issue with the built in installer so could be resolved using the installer app instead.

Your system will crash on the EULA screen. I have put together save files which have bypassed this screen for each of the 3 games, along with the latest version of checkpoint. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1KrkzlZydMYvfyQaPWwDMJZ-Twz476ERe?usp=sharing
Thanks so much for this.

I got it working by quickly hitting home after loading the game, running checkpoint, selecting the save, back to home and the into the game again.

Exactly like your instructions say 😊

Alright XCOM2 worked indeed as you described.
Unfortunately MK Aftermath won't :(
As I mentioned above in my case here the only tool able to install it without any error is Goldleaf in my case latest version but presents the black error that won't let the game to play.
Trying to install with SXOS installer latest version it won't install and gimme the following error screens.

Hi guys! i have the same problem whit MK11, bayoneta 1 and Skyrim.

i upgrated the fimware of my Emunand to 10.0.1 whit SX 2.9.5. After that i installed a back up and when i start the back up the console say that have and error, close the software and take back to the home menu. I read that is a problem of sigpatches?

Could yo guys help me!!! thank you so much and sorry for my english.

Yesterday i finally made my MK Aftermath to work.
What did work for me and might work for you is the setup Emunand SX 2.9.5 with 10.0.3, SX installer latest 3.02
and linked account done with Kefir Updater
AFter install the Aftermath update 100% it gives an error, just close the Sx installer finish the DLC files in the SX OS HDmenu, after that, start the game, it will run normally at least it did here ;)
All the others new latest games, i had no problem of course all Bioshocks and XCOM2, i had to use the saves restore with checkpoint, not a big deal.
Also, that´s my tip make sure you have at least 50gb free space if you decide install MK aftermath.
Good luck!
