Hello thank you if you took the time to read my post. I am new to modding and need a little help. I have Xbox v 1.2, and purchased the Xecuter 2.6 CE chip and the Xapt3r (Soderless).

After installing the xapter & chip, it booted correctly to the Flash Bios. I downloaded FlashBios v3.03 and flashed the Xbox through ftp.

After this I am lost my friend says need to get Auto Installer and get dashboard like avalaunch or blackstorm. But he is not the type to explain very well. What should I do after the chip is in and Flash is updated? Havn't got to where when I start with the chip in, it will load Xbox screen with Xecuter.

Your recommendation is appreciated.

you need to get an actual xecuter bios, not flashbios.. look on xbins for bios v5035 (i think thats the latest version)

Yes, and after you're done flashing with the right BIOS, use Auto installer to install the dashboard of choice to E drive. (You need a cool program like the newest Xecuter Bios Editor to customize the hell out of the bios, flubber color, camera angle, text under the big X, what dash to boot, etc...) then use AID to install your dash and go to town.

as stated above grab the latest X2 5035 bios and flash it to your chip
once you've done that you will need to install a hacked dash
the stickys around the forums and xbox-scene tutorials have the information to do this with ease and much more

v3.03 is for version 1.6b you need to flash your chip with version 3.01 is your xbox still booting to the flash screen or is it fragin (flashing red and green) ?

Yes it is still booting to the flash screen. I've been trying to find a bios most Ive found have been torrents but with no seeds. Any good sites to go and D/L from?
