The SX Lite flashing first blue then is red

hello

my friend wanted to install my SX Lite, unfortunately he doesn't know what to do next. he soldered everything 1 to 1 as the instructions say but when he turns on the console does the chip first flash blue then red? someone an idea?

Red means the connectors are badly soldered, check your soldering again
