Dude, Boot into your 2nd 1MB bank like you said you can and flash again, BUT before you flash it again, change the switch settings back to the 1st 1Mb bank. That way your not wasting another bank. You can get into your backup by holding power and eject.

K.... I looked like it did work but diferently. I read some of the other topics and I saw that you have to resolder the 13 and 14 holes because all it does is go to a black screen with no sound. So I am just going to solder all the wires in and hope that works!!

Feel free to do that, but it won't work :D
That black screen is only when your xbox is on. Your xbox turns off.

That is a different problem

No.... It stays on now. I reflashed the bios with X3_1959 and now it stays on, just with a black screen with no sound.

I just got the X3_3108 Bios. My chip is the Xecuter 3

When I press A on Enable network flashing it shows this screen.

[nforce]nforce: MAC Address 00:50:F2:BB:6A:49
100-Mbs Link, Full Duplex
TCP/IP Initialized.
DHCP FAILED - Falling back to 192.168.0.99

Now, when i try to link to it (192.168.0.99) using Internet explore.
It shows this on the screen:

[nforce]nforce: MAC Address 00:50:F2:BB:6A:49
100-Mbs Link, Full Duplex
TCP/IP Initialized.
DHCP FAILED - Falling back to 192.168.0.99
bbbb

It then adds itself 4 "b's". Is their something rong with my connection or is their something rong with my chip?????
I had this identical problem and after looking over everything I noticed that the ethernet cable had backed out a little. Pushing it back in and reflashing fixed it. Now I'm back to trying to get the dash into the xbox. Hope this helps someone.
