things that happen when i try to get to the flash screen

chip installled leds light up but no flash screen and the xbox turns on then off then on thenn off then on again by itself

It is probably a problem with your install. Is this a wire install, pinheader or solderless? What version Xbox? You have to give more information if you want help.
