I just received a Coolrunner which looks like an instant fail, as R10 is attached to a via instead of one of its solder pads:
This is supposedly a genuine REV.B board and it looks like the genuine boards in the photos, has clear printing and a dimple in the chip.
I could repair the resistor but I'm worried that if I do that and something else is faulty I won't be able to send it back. Also I ordered internationally so it will take a long time and be expensive to send it back. What do you think, repair or not repair?
