Three boots and a FRAG

Ok, I'm pretty new to this still, so I'll do my best to get all the information I can in the first post.

I booted up the XBox, got to FlashBIOS 3.0.3. Set up to flash from HTTP. Used a browser to connect and send the bin file. TV showed that it was updating. Update worked, XBox powered off. Tried to boot up; XBox powered up and down twice, on the third boot, got to FRAG. Any thoughts?

- FlashBIOS 3.0.3
- Not sure on the XBox version, I didn't mod it. 1.6 something at least. It has the Xcalibur Video Encoder.
- Using X3, trying to install the "X3 3294.bin" file.

Now....I may have had the switches set to all "Off" when I first tried it. I'm not sure if that would affect it at all. =\ I re-tried, setting them to "ON ON OFF OFF", and again, it seems to go through and install without any trouble, but when I try to boot, three boots and a FRAG.

Also, I have to set the switches to "OFF OFF ON OFF" to get to the FlashBIOS now, but I thought they had to be set to "OFF ON OFF OFF" to do this (when I have this set, it just goes to a blank screen).

Ok, well....not sure what happened. I tried a different bin file ("X3 3294 v16plus.bin"), and it worked perfectly. Not sure why that is, but I'll take it.

So, if anyone else happens upon a similar problem....give that a shot.

when you mention that you get a "FRAG", do you mean the xbox eject led is flashing red and green?
