Three red light!

Hey! i was just about to flash my xbox, and when i was going to start the box it shows me three red lights... Im so pissed of at myself, why did this happen? i have checked the cabels and everything but nothing seems to work, maybe i did something that i can fix while the xbox is open?

Please help me, i read some other threads about this, but mine seems a little diffrent cuz i was trying to flash it.

P.S when i start it, the tv goes like khr khr, just like if there is audio but its not comming thru properly? its hard to explain

It happened to me once while the console's on and taken apart, make sure your fan running and your fan's conduct is in place, you be surprise how fast xb360 can over heat.

What did u do so it worked again? and if it has overheated what can i do?

EDIT: the fans are working. i dont know about the fan conduct because i dont know what it is.

I think he's talking about the fan duct (or fan tunnel) that controls the flow of air. The big plastic thingy right next to the big heatsink.

In the future if you get 3 red lights it helps to tell us the error code. Its well known that the 3 red lights can mean alot of different errors

The thing was that i didnt get anything on the tv, nada. But then when i connected the 360 to the pc it started as usual.
