I seem to not find a good thread, but what are some tips to get fast boot times? Length OG wires? Special wires? Ect? I'm averaging 4 glitches on a Corona V4.

RGH2. CR4 XL. Stock wires. Sorry I didn't give that much info. I was looking for general tips and understanding everything.

Corona V4. Does it matter where I ground the wire? I had grounded it the USB area instead of area around the AV port because my wire wasn't long to reach the AV side. I figured it didn't matter as long as it was grounded. Other than that, my solder work is near flawless.
By the way... I get instant boot to 6 glitches in DIPS 1,2,8 and 0 Ohms.. Just I average 4... So like 3,4,1,6,2,1

That's what I'm trying to stay away from. How would I know what caps? I solder those in right? I just never had to use them.

Any links to how to hook up and use the Rater? I have the necessary stuff. I just never had to use it I guess till now.

Connect the RATER cable from the cr4 to the programmer along with soldering the K point on the board to the K point on the CR4 as well.

The k wire solders from the chip to the board next to your red 5 volt , Blue and green wire solder to the board as well if you dont use the QSB

You can also try a combination of settings that other members have had success using by looking at their installs in the CR4 XL SUCCESSFUL TEST REPORTS section. look for (corona)
Dips 2,3,8. 100 ohms seems to be like a center? Out of 10. I get 3,1,1,2,2,1,1,4,2,3. Any suggestions?

Dips 1,2,6,8 100 ohms. I get similar results. My scores are about 8.4 ish. I don't know how to read the posts.

I typically use 3,8 on my coronas with center postbit and a 10pf cap . Short kynar wire to cpu rst. Get all 1 and 2's
