Tools like EVTool??

Ok I am a bit of a N00b please don't give me grief for this question,
is there a tool like EVTool for X2 bioses?? I had my 1.4 box chipped with X2.6ce flashed with evox m8 and no apps/games would load, re-flashed with X2 4972 and all works fine, I want to change colour of splash and have changing LED on eject buttonlike you can set in EVtool.

You'll need to get the latest BIOS that'll work with the tool you just downloaded (X2 5035).

As for the INI file - you use the config tool to edit the INI file - all the settings you can change are located in the INI file. Before, you used to have to edit the BIN file using Evtool or whatever, then flash the BIOS each time you make a change.

Get the latest BIOS, then flash it to your chip using FlashX 1.2. The, copy the INI file to the root of your F: drive. You can then use the config tool to edit the INI file on your Xbox.
